Donald Parris

Donald Ray Parris, 76 of Scott City, Missouri died Sunday, March 17, 2024 at his home.  He was born March 7, 1948 in St. Louis, Missouri to Lester Alfred and Violet Rodgers Parris. He married Roseatte Gene Williamson on March 19, 1966. She preceded him in death on September 2, 2009.

He is survived by a son, Donald A. (Ronda) Parris of Scott City; three daughters, Brenda (Keith) Riefle of Morley, Missouri, Rhonda Rippy and Donna Parris of Scott City; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson and eleven brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday at the chapel with Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating.

Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery in Commerce,  Missouri
