Delores Lee

Delores Faye Lee, 76 of Commerce, Missouri died Monday, March 9, 2020 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born January 5, 1944 in Commerce to Roy Lee and Isabelle Edmonds Knight. She married Edwin Gene Lee, Sr. on July 14, 1961 in Commerce. He preceded her in death on October 23, 2007.

She is survived by two sons, Edwin “Butch” Lee, Jr of Scott City and Tim Lee of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Brenda Morton of Lakeside, California and Barbara Pendergrass of Scott City; four brothers, Eddie Knight of Scott City, Tommy Knight of St. Marys, Missouri, Bobby Knight of Benton, Missouri and Jerry Knight of Commerce; a sister, Peggy Kight of Commerce; thirteen grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She also preceded in death by her parents, a brother, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday at the chapel with Rev. Teresa Williams officiating.

Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery in Commerce.
