Debra Ann Stroup

Debra Ann Stroup, daughter of the late Theron “Bud” and Phillis (Eppert) Spivey was born on September 19, 1952, in Clinton, Indiana and departed this life on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at her residence in Chaffee, Missouri at the age of 68 years.

On September 23, 1983 she was untied in marriage to Randy Stroup in Chaffee, Missouri. Mr. Stroup survives of the home in Chaffee.

Besides her husband, survivors include two daughters: Rena (Greg) Wiley of Chaffee, Missouri, Barbara Johnston of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one step-son: Glendon (Erica) Stroup of Scott City, Missouri; one sister: Ruthie (Glen) Stites of Montezuma, Indiana; two brothers: Ben (Vicky) Spivey of Marshall, Indiana, Darrell (Kim) Spivey of Puyallup, Washington; eight grandchildren: Randi, Megan, Luisa, Rylee, Shelby, Avery, Dalton, A.J.; and three great-grandchildren: Leah, Maddy, Olivia.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one stepson, Alan Stroup; two sisters: Phyllis Duvall and Judy Luke
