David Andrew Ivester

David Andrew Ivester, son of the late Helen Virginia (Livingston)
Worley, was born December 10, 1946 in Dexter, Missouri and departed this life on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Woodland Hills a StoneBridge Senior Living Center in Marble Hill, Missouri at the age of 74 years.

Mr. Ivester was a Veteran of the Army. He proudly served as a Police Office for 20 years, and loved to hunt, fish, and woodworking.

Mr. Ivester is survived by one daughter: Linda Kennedy of Chaffee, Missouri; two sons: Paul Ivester and David Ivester II both of Chaffee, Missouri; three brothers: Nova Worley of Morley, Missouri, Steve Worley of Delta, Missouri, Kevin Worley of Morley, Missouri; five grandchildren: Michael Kennedy, Jesse Kennedy, David Ivester III, Brandon Ivester, Ethan Ivester; and seven great grandchildren.

Apart from his mother, he was preceded in death by: one brother: Richie Ivester; and two sisters: Vicki Worley and Gail Worley.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 am on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral will follow at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bob Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at noon in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with full military honors.
