David Allen Hunt

David Allen Hunt, son of David Hunt and Nancy (Chaney) Hunt of Sikeston, Missouri was born on September 24, 1958 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed his life on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at the Barns-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 65 years.

Mr. Hunt was united in marriage to Patty Hunt.  Mrs. Hunt survives in Portageville, Missouri.

Besides his with and parents, survivors include three brothers, Verlin Hunt and Bradley Hunt both of Sikeston, Stanley (Crystal) Hunt of Portageville; three sisters, Lavonda Hardin and Sherry Babb both of Sikeston, Deborah (Robert) Seyer of Oran; seven nieces, Crystal Banks, Danielle Hardin, Holly Beggs, Ashleigh Babb, Chelsea Hunt, Chrissie Babb, and Brittany Babb; three nephews, Michael Hardin, Cody Babb, and Bryce Hunt; also, by thirteen, great-nieces and nephew.

David was preceded in death by one brother, Darrell Hunt; two brothers-in-law, Michael Hardin and Chris Babb.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Dogwood Cemetery.  Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapels conducting arrangements.
