Danny Dumey

Daniel Dumey, son of the late Ervin Dumey and Bertha Elizabeth Ledure Dumey was born on June 21, 1947 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at his residence in Benton, Missouri at the age of 74 years.

Mr. Dumey was the owner and operator of Dumey Contracting, Inc. and Missouri Machine and Plow, LLC and a member of the St.  Denis Catholic Church in Benton.

On November 13, 1965 he was united in marriage to Brenda Kay Enderle in the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg, Missouri.  Mrs. Dumey survivors of the home in Benton.

Besides his wife, survivors include one son, Danny (Tracy) Dumey, Jr. of Benton; two daughters, Malinda Kay (Jarrett) Milam of Benton and Andrea Renee (Mark) Foeste of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; also, by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 at the St. Denis Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, the Dumey family request that all memorials be made out to St. Denis Catholic School or St. Augustine Catholic School.
