Cletis "Junior" Davis

Cletis “Junior” Davis passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at his home in Scott City.

He was born March 15, 1943 in Fornfelt, the son of Cletis and Sadie Velma Nance Davis, Sr. He married Mary Elizabeth Kurtz on June 17, 1965 at New Madrid. She preceded him in death on January 12, 2006.

Junior was a Mate on the Marquette Cement River Boat until his retirement.

He is survived by two daughters; Sherry Nolan and Donna Patterson, both of Scott City, a brother; Denny Davis of Benton, two sisters; Delores Kriz of St. Peters, MO and Patty Bickings of Benton and his pride and joy, his grandson Blake Patterson of Scott City. 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren

Memorial service will be Oct 19th at 1pm at Scott City park at pavilion no.2 bring a dish ..please..private family service at Lighter Memorial Cemetery afterwards.
