Charles Ray Hoots

Charles “Chuck” Hoots, son of Janet (Thompson) Pender of Delta and the late Donald Hoots  was born on December 25, 1967 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed this life on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at his residence in Chaffee, Missouri at the age of 52 years.

Mr. Hoots loved to fish, hunt arrow heads, loved spending time with his children, and making people laugh. Mr. Hoots could talk your head off, he never met a stranger.

Apart from his mother, Mr. Hoots is survived by a step-father, Richard Pender; one daughter: Carly Hoots and boyfriend Derek Cagle of Scott City, Missouri; one son: Devin Hoots of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, ex-wife: Carole Hoots of Cape Girardeau; one sister: Lori Rhodes of Dallas, Texas; one special friend: Joyce May of Chaffee, Missouri; and many other friends and family.
