Charles Arthur Cox

Charles Cox, son of the late David Bearler and Marian (Bieser) Cox was born on December 22, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri and departed his life on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at his residence in Chaffee, Missouri at the age of 74 years. Mr. Cox was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving form 1968-1973. He was a former computer processor for Blue Cross and Blue Sheild Insurance Company and a degree in Business Education. Survivors include three daughters, Marissa (Brent) Taft, Brenda (Nathaniel) Cather, and Diana Heckwine; by three sons, Rocky Cox, Charles Cox, Jr., and William Cox; two brothers, Art (Cathy) Cox and Paul (Evelyn) Cox; two sisters, Dava (Rick) Knotts and Carolyn Price; three half-brothers and one half-sister; ten grandchildren, Dylan A. Stout, Joseph H. Stout, Mason M. Stout, Baxter C. Cather, Damen Heckwine, Dani Heckwine, Zackary Heckwine, Sofia Taft, Nevin Cox, and Maleah Cox; also, by several great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two half-brothers, Mike Miranda and Dayne Cox; one brother-in-law, Travis Price; and by one half-sister, Emma Ruth Estay. Military service will be conducted on January 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with full military honors.
