Carl Wayne Calhoun, 82 of Scott City, Missouri died Thursday, September 01, 2022 at his home. He was born November 29, 1939 in Illmo Missouri to Carl and Audrey Harmon Calhoun. He married Gerrie Connie Paishon and she preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved shooting matches, hunting and fishing. He is survived by a son, Wayne (Katrina) Calhoun of Altenburg, Missouri; two daughters, Trina (Fiance’ Randy Harper) Majerik of Bertrand, Missouri and Debra Brown of Scott City; ten grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister. Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday at the chapel with Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
