Billy G. Gramlisch, son of the late John Gramlisch and Annie Sadler Gramlisch was born on June 19, 1932 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed this life on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the Jackson Manor Nursing Home in Jackson, Missouri at the age of 89 years. Mr. Gramlisch was a former bricklayer with Local Union #23 out of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, veteran of the United States Army, and a resident of Delta, Missouri. He was an avid hunter and fisher man his entire life and was passionate about his family especially the grandchildren. On a dare after their first blind date Billy married Clara Driskell on June 19, 1952 in Piggott, Arkansas. Mrs. Gramlisch preceded him in death on February 12, 2019. Survivors include one daughter, Linda (Mark) Perry of Delta; by one sister, Emma Hanlon of Delta; three grandchildren, Jim (Carla) Perry, Travis (Jayme) Perry, and Eric (Kathy) Perry; by five great-grandchildren, Brittney (Cody) Mayfield, Megan (Auston) Kirkpatrick, Triston (Dailey Bond) Perry, Blake (Natalie Kindle) Perry, and Jeremy (Cooper) Perry; also, by three great-great-grandchildren, Jaci, Briar, Kyson. Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by four, brothers, John Gramlisch, Ray Gramlisch, Leonard Gramlisch, and Lester (Pooge) Gramlisch; by three sister, Edna Crowden, Dorothy Menz, and Mary Stoffregen; also, by one granddaughter, Cinda. Visitation will be held from Noon until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee. Funeral services will then be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 15, 2021at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Fred Burgaurd officiating. Interment will follow in the Williams Cemetery in Perkins, Missouri with full Military Honors.
