Betty Guzman

Betty Guzman, daughter of the late Vidal Sauceda and Susie Valdes Sauceda was born on July 1, 1941 in Nixon, Texas and departed her life on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the Southeast Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 80 years.

She was a housewife and a resident of Morley, Missouri.

On October 10, 1961 she was united in marriage to Margarito Guzman. Mr. Guzman passed away on May 29, 2013.

Survivors include three sons, Tommy Romas of Oran, Frankie Guzman of Morley, and Ray Guzman of Jackson; one brother, John Sauceda of Oran; three sisters, Dora Gram and Josie Turner both of Sikeston, and Lupie Freeze of Holly springs, Mississippi; also, by seventeen grandchildren and thirty-seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 1:00 until 5:00 P.M. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Interment will follow in the Friends Cemetery at a later date.
