Beatrice May Proffer, 82 of Scott City, Missouri died Monday, October 05, 2020 at her home. She was born January 15, 1938 in Scott City, Missouri to Benjamin and Olivia Scherer LeDure. She married Aaron Edgar Proffer of July 19, 1975.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City.

She is survived by her husband, Aaron Proffer of Scott City; very special friends, Bradley and Sandy Ressel of Scott City; two sisters, Arvella Robert of Kelso and Norma Holder of Scott City and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and a sister, Virgie Brant.

Private family services were held.

Burial was in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Scott City.
