Annis Heuring

Annis Lee Heuring, 97, of Scott City, died Monday, November 9, 2020 at the home of her daughter. Annis was born February 25, 1923 in Friedheim, Missouri to Jesse and Opal Crites Seabaugh

Annis and William Raymond Heuring were married August 29, 1942 and he preceded her in death on November 23, 2011.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City and it’s Ladies Sodality. Survivors include one son Jesse (Darla) Heuring of Boaz, Ky; two daughters, Judy (Ken) Heisserer of Scott City and Darlene Heuring of Cape Girardeau; her sister Geneva Ruesler of Cape Girardeau; Annis is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren whom she loved very much. She also loved quilting and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers. Private visitation and funeral Mass will be from 9:00-10:00 am on Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City. Parish rosary will be at 9:30 followed by Funeral Mass at 10:00 with Rev. Michael Casteel as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
