Alyssa Jade Stephens, 4 of Scott City died Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born to Stacy Stephens on September 3, 2016 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She is survived by her mother, Stacy Stephens; maternal grandparents, Ashley Baker and Chris Curnell; maternal great grandparents, Terry and Debbie Stephens, Sr.; aunts, Sarah Baker, Alexis Lovelady, Jessica Stephens and uncles, Matthew Baker, Christopher Curnell, Travis Youngerman and Terry Stephens, Jr.

Visitation will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 5 ^th at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
