Ada Belle King

Chaffee, MO Ada B. King, 92, of Chaffee, MO, passed away at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau, MO on Saturday June 2, 2012. She was born in Delta, MO, on December 28, 1919, to the late John and Dora Gilder Surlet. She married Duree E. King on Feb. 14, 1953 and he preceded her in death on May 3, 1996. Ada was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include one son, Kenneth King of St. Peters, MO; one daughter, Marjorie Bertrand of Cape Girardeau, MO; one brother, Ray Surlet of Patton, MO; one sister, Mary Lou Lowes of Jackson, MO; three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Monday June 4, 2012 at Fairview Cemetery near Arbor, MO.
