Forrest Albert Crawford

Forrest Albert Crawford, 55 of Scott City died June 9, 2012 in Franklin, KY. He was born December 20, 1956 in Wyatt, MO to Forrest Eugene and Janice Hope McCormick Crawford. He married Margrette Ann Hoggard on August 4, 1984. He was a truck driver for Single Source Logistics and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. Forrest is survived by his wife; three sons, Joe (Crystal) Crawford of Scott City, Caleb (Holly) Crawford and Garrick Crawford both of Piggott, AR; a brother, Scott Crawford of Midland, TX; two step-brothers; two step-sisters and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be from 11:30 AM until time of service Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM Thursday at the chapel with Rev. Jack Owens officiating.
