Linda L. Gilmer

Linda L. Gilmer, 62, of Chaffee, MO, passed away on Wednesday August 22, 2012 at Fountain Bleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born in Venice, FL on May 26, 1950, to the late Paul Ziegler and Evelyn Rose Anderson Desmairais. Linda married Raymond Gilmer Sr. on July 1, 1983 and he preceded her in death on April 9, 2004. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Englewood, FL. Survivors include two brothers, Alan Johns of New Port Richey, FL, Keith Johns of Graceland, FL; two sisters, Carolyn Pope of Englewood, FL and Teresa McPherson of Seminole, FL. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Bernard Johns Jr. A graveside service was held on Monday August 27, 2012 at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee, MO.
