Alma Mae Crader, 100 of Scott City died Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Heartland Care & Rehab Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born February 15, 1912 in Hamburg, AR to William Benjamin and Bridget Ozell Dailey Hopper. She married E. Alonzo Crader on Aug. 11, 1931 in Jonesboro, IL. He preceded her in death on April 9, 1997 . Alma had worked at Ely Walker pant factory as a floor supervisor for many years in Illmo, MO. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ladies Aux. V.F.W Post 6407. She is survived by a grandson, Eddie (Brenda) Crader of Scott City; two granddaughters, Gina George and Laura Kay Crader of St. Charles; four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Edgar Eugene Crader; five brothers ,Dailey, Bill, Pershine Link, Authur "Ray", Thomas Hopper; four sisters, Willie Janesko, Martha Dunger, Faye Tanio & Biddie Rosella Goehman and two great grandsons. Friends may call from 9:00 AM on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 until time of service at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the chapel. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Scott City. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Amick-Burnett Funeral chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
