Ralph "Pete" Williams, age 87, of Morley, MO passed away Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. He was born in Morley, MO on July 9, 1925 to the late Harry Albert and Alice Dickerson Williams. Pete married Jeannie E. Keefer on May 13, 1961 and she survives. He was a member of the United States Navy serving in WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was a retired construction inspector for MODOT in Cape Girardeau, Mo. He was also a member of the Morley Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Jeannie of the home; three daughters, Cheryl (Brent) Powell of Benton, MO, Sheila (Derek) Mills of Vanduser, MO, Tracy (Dickie) Jordan of East Prairie, MO; one sister, Nola Curtis of Little Rock, AR; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Friends may call after 10:30AM until time of service on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Morley Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be held at 1PM at the church with Rev. Jim Matthews officiating assisted by Rev. Danny Jones and Rev. Larry Jackson. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley with full military honors presented by the Missouri Honor Guard.
