Barbara "Bobbi" Foster Halter, age 89, of Delta, MO was called home by Jesus to her mansion in the sky on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Delta, MO on July 15, 1923 to the late Will and Anne Leta Ashby Foster. Bobbi married Eugene Halter on December 25, 1945 and preceded her in death on August 31, 1998. She was a member of the Church of God in Delta, MO and Delta Senior Citizens. Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Haley of Mountain Home, AR; four grandchildren, Amber Chaney of Kalamazoo, MI, Deanna Clipper of Mountain Home, AR, Christina Martin of Scott City, MO, Mignon Chidester of Cabot, AR; nineteen great grandchildren; sixteen great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great -nieces and great-nephews. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Marjorie Jenkerson; one grandson, Kevin Clipper; three brothers, Everett, John LeRoy and Vernon Foster; two sisters, Gertie and Kitty Foster. Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4PM, Friday, February 1, 2013. Funeral service will be held at 11AM, Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the chapel with Rev. Bertha Boyd officiating. Burial will follow at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance, MO. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to the Church of God in Delta, MO. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
