John Martin

John "Jack" Martin, age 69, of Chaffee, MO passed away Tuesday February 12, 2013 at the Chaffee Nursing Center. He was born in Cape Girardeau, MO on February 7, 1944 to the late Albert E. and Helen Corvick Davidson Martin. Jack married Vicky Nall on June 7, 2000 and she survives. After retirement Jack went to work as a security guard for the West Park Mall in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of the AMM and Possum Creek. Survivors include his wife of the home; one daughter, Vicki (Robert) Overbey of Scott City, MO; one step- son, Darren (Tara) Lincoln of Chaffee, MO; one step-daughter, Samantha Lincoln of Chaffee, MO; two sisters, Myra Davidson Severit of Troy, IL and Brenda Davidson Baker of Scott City, MO; four granddaughters, Mackenzie, Michaela, Jessa and Addison. A memorial service will be held at 1PM, Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the General Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Chaffee, MO. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee is in charge of arrangements.
