Carrie Lee McCommack, 61 of Scott City died April 6, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born December 11, 1951 in Roanoke, VA to Howard Milton "Mac" and Sylvia Lee Porterfield McCommack . She was a nurse's aide and a member of Eagles Club in Cape Girardeau, MO. She is survived by two sisters, Rebecca McCommack of Fort Worth, TX and Deborah (John) Vetter of Scott City; two nieces, Pamela and Sarah Amrhein. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be no services. Memorials may be sent to the Humane Society of Cape Girardeau or St. Jude's. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel of Scott City was in charge of arrangements.
