Sandra Kay Ziegler

Sandra Kay Ziegler, 62, of Chaffee passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the family home in Chaffee. She was born October 8, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, MO to the late Thomas M. and Arietta Faye Spurlock Hogan. She married Ronald Ziegler on June 26, 1971 and he survives. Sandra was a retired heart monitor tech at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was a member of The First Assembly of God in Scott City, MO. Survivors include her husband, Ronald of the home; one son, Thomas (Sherri) Ziegler of Colorado Springs, CO; one daughter, Tracy (Chris) Griggs of Miner, MO; seven grandchildren, Tristen and Peyton Ziegler, Nicholas Shaw, Jordan, Landon, Isaac and Savannah Griggs; two sisters, Debra Hogan Knight of Jackson, MO and Lisa Gaye Hogan of Arkadelphia, AR. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The funeral will be at 2p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will follow in Casper Cemetery in Anna, IL. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee to help with funeral expenses.
