Lauren Michael Bullinger

Lauren Michael Bullinger, age 29, of Chaffee, MO passed away Monday, May 20, 2013, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born on January 16, 1984 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Michael Gene and Rita Gail Burns Bullinger. She was a cosmetologist starting her career at Eugene's in Cape Girardeau and currently worked at All About You salon in Cape Girardeau. She attended Cape First Church in Cape Girardeau. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends going camping at the river. Lauren especially enjoyed watching Skylar and Wyatt play football, Dawson's academic achievements and her cousin, Cole, play football and baseball. Survivors include her father, Michael (JoBeth) Bullinger of Gordonville, MO; her mother, Rita (Dennis) Friedrich of Chaffee, MO; special people, Fiance', Davy Copeland and their sons, Skylar, Dawson and Wyatt Copeland of the home; her brother, Matthew Bullinger of Chaffee, MO; paternal grandmother, Glenda Bullinger of Chaffee, MO; maternal grandmother, Lurline Crump of Chaffee, MO; a step sister, Molly Friedrich of Cape Girardeau, MO. She was preceded in death by Grandpas, Norman Bullinger and Gene Crump. Friends may call from 3pm until time of service on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. A memorial service will be held at 7pm at the chapel with Pastor Jenn Crass officiating. Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations will be used to create a scholarship in Laurens name for a Chaffee High School graduate pursuing a license in cosmetology. Checks may be made to the Lauren Bullinger scholarship fund and may be mailed to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee or Michael Bullinger, 215 Willow Heights Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
