Eliza Mae Lane

Eliza Mae Lane, age 103, of Oran, MO passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston, MO. She was born in Como, MS on April 9, 1910 to the late Joseph and Louise Banks Luster. She married Tommy Lane Sr. on April 26, 1941 and he preceded her in death. She was a member of Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Scott City, MO. Survivors include three sons, Albert Richardson of Wright City, MO, Johnnie Lane of St. Louis, MO, Willie Lane of Sikeston, MO; two daughters, Ruby Eskridge of Chicago, IL, Betty Johnson of Sikeston, MO as well as eight generations of grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two sisters; two brothers; four daughters; three sons; eight granddaughters and four grandsons. Friends may call at Green Memorial Church in Sikeston from noon until time of service on Saturday, July 27, 2013. A Funeral Service will be held at 1PM at the chapel with Rev. Calvin Bird, Rev. Robert Smithy and Rev. Gary Teague officiating. Burial will follow at New Morning Star Cemetery in Haywood City, MO.
