Henrietta Lands, age 70, of Chaffee, MO passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, MO. She was born in Chaffee, MO on July 20, 1943 to the late Paul and Helen Bernice Halter Evans Sr. Henrietta married Bobby Ray Lands Sr. on October 20, 1961 and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1982. She was of the Pentecostal faith and a member of Christian Mission Church. She worked at Thorngate Ltd. in Chaffee for 20yrs as a machine operator. Survivors include three sons, Bobby Ray Lands Sr., Richard Wayne Lands, Douglas Wade Lands all of Chaffee, MO; two daughters, Kathy Holmes, Debbie Schultz both of Chaffee, MO; one brother, Paul Evans Jr. of Delta, MO; one sister, Rose Mary Kinder of Cape Girardeau, MO; fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Betty. Friends may call from 4-8pm, today, at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, MO. Funeral service will be at 10am, Friday September 27, 2013 at the chapel with Bro. Wm. Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee, MO.
