Patricia Ann Kelsey

Patricia Kelsey Patricia Ann Kelsey, 80, of Scott City, passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 in the Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born June 26, 1933 in Illmo, Mo. the daughter of William "Ralph" and Velma "Juanita" Lambert Carlton. She and Ronald Lee Kelsey were married on Sept. 22, 1950 at Piggott Ark. He preceded her in death on May 7, 2010 Pat was a member of the Cape Girardeau South Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Survivors include her mother, Juanita Carlton of Scott City; two sons, Thomas J. Kelsey of Scott City, Robert L. Kelsey of Cape Girardeau; one daughter, Vicki L. Moore of Scott City; a brother Don Carlton of Thebes, Ill.; eight grandchildren, Christian and Ryan Fisher, Chad Moore, Jody, Morgan, Hannah, Trent and Tanner Kelsey; and six great-grandchildren, Courtney Weissinger, Amber, Brianna and Caitlyn Fisher and Nicholas Moore; and one great-great grandson Blake Fisher; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her father and a great granddaughter Amelia Fisher. Friends may call Monday from 5-8:00 p.m. at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the chapel with Earl Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
