Terry Alan Baker

Terry Alan Baker, 55 of Scott City died March 14, 2014 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born August 2, 1958 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Alvie Gene and Gladys Jewel Hensley Baker. He married Jill Rae Boren on August 14, 1976. He was a school bus driver for Cape Public School and former owner of Auto Stop Auto Sales in Cape Girardeau. He was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his wife, Jill of Scott City; parents, Alvie and Gladys Baker of Scott City; a son, Race Baker and three daughters, Tara (Bryan) McKinley, Kaleigh (John) Graff and Macie Baker all of Scott City; two sisters, Debbi Baker of Morse Mill, MO and Cyndi Baker of Scott City; five grandchildren, Chance, Chevy, Olivia, Chloe and Colton. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service on Monday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 17, 2014 at the Chapel with Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel to offset the funeral expenses.
