Charlotte Sue Lutes Coplin, age 48, of Morley, Mo, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born on August 20, 1965 in Sikeston, MO to the late Billy D. and Shelby J. Houchins Lutes. She married James Coplin on June 23, 1984 and he survives. She was a retired C.M.T for Hunter Acres Nursing Home in Sikeston, MO. She was a member of Oran Full Gospel Church. She is survived by her husband, James Coplin, of the home; three sons, James Aaron and Matthew Paul Coplin both of Morley, MO, Anthony Williams of Sikeston, MO; one daughter, Katie Jo Coplin of Morley, MO; four brothers, Charlie (Zelma) Lutes of Advance, MO, Vernon (Teresa) Lutes of Oran, MO, Ricky (Amber) Copeland Jr. of Benton, MO, Richard (Connie) Copeland of Scott City, MO; one sister Billie Lutes of Oran, MO; one grandson, Dalton Flanigan and a special niece, Ashley (Damon) Burks. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Richardson Copeland Sr. Friends may call from 10a.m. until time of service on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, MO. Funeral service will be held at noon, Monday at the chapel with Rev. Rick McNeely officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories in Sikeston, MO.
