Joyce Barnett

Joyce Barnett, 80 of Scott City died July 7, 2014 at her home. She was born Sept. 13, 1933 in St Louis, MO to Alvie Thomas and Oneita Faye Davis Mincher. She married Billy Gene Barnett, Sr. on Feb. 2, 1952. Joyce was a Real Estate Agent. She is survived by her husband Billy of Scott City; two sons, Billy ( Mary) Barnett, Jr. of Scott City and Alan (Charlene) Barnett of Chamois, MO; a daughter, Diana Masterson of Scott City; a sister, Jackie (Charles) Miget of St. Charles, MO; eleven grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister and a grandchild. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at the Chapel with Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
