Angela Marie Smith, 33 of Blodgett, MO died Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at her home. She was born September 10, 1981 in St. Louis, MO to Roger Keith and Vivian Hester Whitener. She married Reuben William Smith on September 9, 1997. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Benton. She is survived by her husband, Reuben; her mother, Vivian Thurman of St. Louis; five children, Brandon, Ben, Brittany and Sophia Smith and Quinton Lara all of the home; paternal grandparents, T.C. and Lorene Whitener of St. Louis; two brothers, Aaron Whitener and Jeremiah Thurman both of St. Louis; three sisters, Lani Whitener of South Carolina, Andrea Whitener of St. Louis and Danielle Finks of St. Louis. She was preceded in death by her father. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service on Saturday at Unity Baptist church in Benton, MO. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM at the church with Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating. Burial will be at Baker Cemetery in Marble Hill, MO
