Thelma Louise Dalton, age 83, of Chaffee, MO passed away at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. She was born on August 8, 1931, in Sikeston, MO, to the late Henry and Irene Cline Cooper. Thelma worked as a machine operator at Florsheim Shoe Factory in Chaffee and as a cook at Chaffee Head Start. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee. Survivors include two sons, Anthony "Tony" (Pam) Dalton of Trophy Club, TX, Jeffery "Jeff" (Theresa) Dalton of Hamilton, MO; three daughters, Vicki Seyer of Chaffee, MO, Kimberly "Kim" Parker of West Des Moines, IA, Julie Pickens of Chaffee, MO; one brother, Terry (Evelyn) Cooper of Doniphan, MO; seven grandchildren, three great grandchild and two great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Roger Cooper and a great grandson, Austin Allen. A memorial mass will be held at 10a.m., Saturday, December 6, 2014 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee with Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant.
