Larry Ritchie

Larry Ritchie Jr., age 69, of Delta, MO passed away Friday evening January 2, 2015 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO with family by his side. He was born on August 20, 1945 in St. Louis, MO the late Lawrence James and Ruby Lampkins Ritchie. He and Cora Christine Virgen were married on October 5, 1968 at Manchester, MO. Larry was a veteran of the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. He was employed as a long-haul truck driver until July 2011. Survivors include his wife, Cora, of the home; three sons, Richard S. and Rose Ritchie of Londell, MO, Billy W. and Krystal Ritchie of Marthasville, MO, Johnny L. Ritchie of Pacific, MO; one sister, Betty and Jerry Coleman of Benton, MO; six grandchildren; fourteen nieces and nephews and a brother in law Donald Cole of Dittmer, MO. A private service will be held at a later date.
