Marry Carroll

Mary Evelyn Carroll, 71 of Scott City died Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born December 15, 1943 in Commerce, Mo to Edward F. and Aleene Hockersmith Ellinger. She worked as a housekeeper at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, MO. She is survived by three sons, Rodney (Vicki) Carroll and Rusty (Paula) Carroll both of Scott City and Scott (Becky) Carroll of Benton; a brother, Frank (Donna) Ellinger of Scott City; a sister, Jane (Bill) McMillan of Scott City; seven grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Mary never met a stranger and was blessed with the gift of gab. She was preceded in death by a son, Randy Carroll. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until the time of service on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Service will be at 7:30 PM on Wednesday at the chapel with Rev. Randy Morse officiating.
