Jim Jerls

Jim Franklin Jerls, 42 of St. Louis died Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis. He was born September 3, 1972 in McHenry, IL to Jerry and Mary Allen Jerls. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mary and Kenneth Kinder of Scott City; a brother, John (Tammy) Jerls of Scott City; a stepbrother, Michael Reinbott of St. James; a half-brother, Rocky Jerls of Cape Girardeau and a half-sister, Jennifer Jerls of Cape Girardeau. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother and a stepbrother. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Sunday at Amick-Burnett chapel in Scott City. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Monday at the chapel with Rev. Jeremy Sells officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
