Adalee Cecelia Hasenkamp

AdaLee Cecilia Hasenkamp, 80, of Benton, died Friday, June 5, 2015 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born December 18, 1934, in New Hamburg, daughter of Otto and Maime Westrich Scheeter. She and Clayton Edward Hasenkamp were married May 28, 1960. AdaLee worked in the circulation department at the Standard Democrat Newspaper. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton and it's Ladies Sodality. Loving survivors include her husband, Clayton; two daughters, Sandy Renee Hasenkamp and Stacy (Kevin) Marshall both of Benton; two grandchildren Harrison and Marie Marshall; a brother, Alvin Scheeter of Danville, IL; two sisters, Arabella Stike of Cape Girardeau and Lois Eastwood of Chaffee. She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at St. Denis Catholic Church. Parish Rosary will be at 6pm. Funeral mass will be at 10a.m. Monday at the church with Rev. Michael Casteel as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Denis cemetery.
