Jerry E. Wagoner, age 93, of Oran, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Convalescent Center in Sikeston, Missouri. She was born on December 18, 1921 in Oran, Missouri to the late Howard and Pearl Spears Evans. She married Hershal R. Wagoner on November 9, 1940 and he preceded her in death on September 30, 2003. Jerry was a member of First Baptist Church in Oran, Missouri where she was active with several different groups and helped where needed. She was a retired beautician and owned and operated Jerry's Beauty Shop in Oran, Missouri. She is survived by two daughters, Jackie (Lindon) Duncan of Sikeston, Missouri, Peggy (Steve) Gates of Blodgett, Missouri ; one brother, Charles (Jane) Evans of Sikeston, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jeff (Jana) Limbaugh of Sikeston, Missouri, Toni Curtis of Morley, Missouri, Aaron (Crystal) Gilliland of Sikeston, Missouri, Chris (Amber) Gates of Bertrand, Missouri and twelve great grandchildren. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, June 19, 2015 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, MO. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m., at the chapel with Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Friend Cemetery in Oran, Missouri.
