Barbara "Barbi" Ann Austin

Barbara "Barbi" Austin, age 52, of Chaffee, MO passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the family home in Chaffee, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 22, 1963 to Jerry Isaac and Linda Marie Steger Davis. She married Anthony "Moose" Austin on June 11, 1988 and he survives. Barbi was an assistant manager at Burger King in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church in Scott City, Missouri. Survivors include her husband, Anthony "Moose" Austin, of the home; her mother, Linda Steger Davis of Scott City, Missouri; one son, John (Jenny) Austin of Scott City, Missouri; one daughter, Allyson (Chris) Asmus of Oran, Missouri; two grandchildren, Ava and Ella Asmus of Oran, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Davis. Friends may call after 4 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Missouri. Funeral Service will be at 7 p.m., at the chapel with Rev. Michael Woods officiating.
