Patricia Kjer

Patricia Marie Kjer, 71, of Scott City died Friday, December 4, 2015 at Cape Girardeau. She was born on December 8, 1943 in Franklin County, Mo., the daughter of Mary E. Greenwood Thress. She married James D. Kjer on October 19, 1981 and he preceded her in death on Sept. 23, 1992.
Pat had worked on the assembly line at Blair Industries in Scott City. She was of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by her friend Marilyn Rhodes of Cape Girardeau. Marilyn took care of Pat during her final days.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, Tuesday from noon until the time of service. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
