Susan Reed

Susan Marie Reed, 60 of Dutchtown, Missouri died Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born on June 14, 1955 in Cape Girardeau to the late Earl Leon and Virginia Marie Estes Obermann, Sr.. She was assistant manager at Dutchtown Used Furniture. She served in the U. S. Navy. She is survived by a son, Stephen Robert (Sarah) Reed of Jackson, MO; two grandchildren, Alexandria and Zachary Reed both of Jackson; a brother, Larry Obermann of Cape Girardeau, MO; two sisters, Brenda Carnell of Delta and Donna Davault of Advance. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Earl Jr & Terry Obermann. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until the time of service on Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral Service will be at 7:00 pm on Thursday at the chapel with Rev. Tom Morris officiating. Burial will be at a later date in St. Edwards Catholic Cemetery in Dutchtown. In lieu of flowers family would like donations to go to Amick-Burnett to help with funeral expenses.
