She was born in Chaffee, MO on March 26, 1937 to the late Elode Schultz Bishop. She married Carl E. Estes Sr. on July 17, 1959 and he survives.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Chaffee, MO.
Survivors include her husband, Carl E. Estes Sr of the home; four sons, Rick (Tenea) Choate of Benton, MO, Keith Estes of Chaffee, MO, Carl (Laura) Estes Jr. of Chaffee, MO, Kevin Estes of Chaffee, MO; one daughter, Debbie (Kenny) Essner of Dexter, MO; 10 grandchildren, Nicole Egli of Bentonville, AR, Kent Essner of Dexter, MO, Andrea Sampanis of Alexandria, VA, Brian Choate of Edmond, OK, Luke Choate of Spring Lake, NC, Mallory Estes of Chaffee, MO, Miranda Estes of Chaffee, MO, Storm Estes of Chaffee, MO, Montana Estes of Chaffee, MO, and Brett Estes of Chaffee, MO.; 12 great grandchildren, Braden and Samantha Egli, Klaire and Kennedy Essner, Tristan and Isabel Sampanis, Kaylee and Ethan Choate, Mason and Landon Choate, Kolbey Estes and Carter Hendricks.
Friends may call after 4 p.m., Monday, December 14, 2015 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, MO.
Funeral Service will be held at 11a.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the chapel with Rev. Donny Ford officiating.
Burial will follow at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee, MO.
