Louise Hodgkiss

Ila "Louise" Hodgkiss, 68 of Scott City died Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at her home.   She was born August 8, 1947 in Patton, Missouri to Samuel Price and Ila Hitt Marshall. She married Thomas Hodgkiss, Jr. on January 23, 1982 in Cape Girardeau, MO.

She was a clerk for a beauty supply store.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas; a son, Stephen (Misty) Dunning of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Amy Toledo of San Antonio, Texas; a stepson, Thomas D. Hodgkiss of Memphis, Tennessee; a step daughter, Carla (David) Ingmire of Concorde, California; a brother, Sam (Cathy) Marshall of Belleville, Illinois; a sister, Susan (Greg) Newman of St. Louis, Missouri and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at the Illmo Baptist Church in Scott City.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the church with Rev. Mike Shupert officiating.

Burial will be in Hitt Cemetery near Arbor, MO.
