Richard Richbourg

Richard “Dick” Richbourg age 85 of Chaffee, MO passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO.

He was born on April 5, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Claude Charles and Nellie Garnet Schwartz Richbourg.

Richard married Juanita Sparks on August 16, 1965 and she preceded him in death on November 27, 2011.

He was a retired conductor for the railroad. Richard worked for Frisco Railroad – Burlington Northern. Richard was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Chaffee, MO.

Survivors include, one son, John (Barb) Richbourg of Gordonville, MO; two daughters, Gail Siebert of Cape Girardeau, MO and Cathy (Jim) Miller of Ironton, MO; two brothers, David (Myra) Richbourg of Benton, MO and Joe (Mary) Richbourg of Little Rock, AR; two sisters, Charlotte (Jim) Akin of Nashville, TN and Connie Richbourg of Cape Girardeau and seven grandchildren.

Richard was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Graveside Service will be on Monday, at 1:00 pm at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO, with Rev. David Richbourg officiating.
