Traci Owen

Traci Sue Owen, 39 of Scott City died June 10, 2016 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born April 25, 1977 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Robert Earl and Kathryn Sue Clark Perkins. She married James Dean Owen, Sr. on August 3, 2001 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was a member of the Church of Morley in Morley, Missouri.

She is survived by her husband, James; her parents, Robert and Kathy Perkins of Scott City; a son, James Owen, Jr. of Scott City; two daughters, Lexy Gaebler of Scott City and Sara Owen of Perryville; two brothers, Kenneth Scott of Forrest City, Arkansas and David Perkins of Merced, California; a sister, Jacquelyn Schafer of Salem, Missouri and two grandchildren, Brooklynn and Allie.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of service on Wednesday at Amick-Burnett chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the chapel with Rev. Doug Sikes officiating.

Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
