Stanley Ivester

Stanley Eugene Ivester, 69 of Benton, Missouri died Friday, July 1, 2016 at his home. He was born February 19, 1947 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Bert Lloyd and Jerrylean Watson Ivester. He married Francine Brady on September 5, 2002 in Benton.

He was a heavy equipment operator for Delta Asphalt in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was a member of Operating Engineers in Wolverine, Michigan. He served in the US Army during Vietnam as a Specialist 4th grade.

He is survived by his wife, Francine; his mother, Jerrylean Ivester of Onaway, Michigan; a son, Matthew Ivester of Charleviox, Michigan; a daughter, Catherine Bareiter of Millersville; a brother, Mike Ivester of Allegan, Michigan; a sister, Shirley Ittu of Onaway and five grandchildren whom his whole world revolved around.

He was preceded in death by his father, a brother and a sister.

There will be no services.
