Billy Piper

He was born November 24, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Billy John and Phyllis Jean Brice Piper. He married Ellen C. Kitchen on February 14, 2001 and she survives of the home.

Billy was a retired maintenance worker for the city of Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Survivors also include, one step-daughter Ashley (Josh) Dambauch of Chaffee; one brother Gary (Deborah) Piper of Lenexa, Kansas; two sisters, Theresa Carrol of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire; Pam (John) Morse of Overland Park, Kansas; six foster grandchildren, Aiden, Jayden, Daniel, Montee, Katherine, and Kamaria

Graveside service will be at 12:00 noon on Monday, July 11, 2016 at Missouri Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Rev. Bill Hatch officiating. With full Military Honors.
