Shirley Hopper

Shirley Jean Hopper age 74 of Oran, Missouri passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 at her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born December 6, 1941 in Charleston, Missouri to the late Charles and Verda Saulter Tinsley. She married Kenneth Hopper on October 26, 1985 and he survives of the home.

Shirley was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; two sons Todd Gregory of East Prairie, Missouri; Bill Green of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one daughter Teresa (Ralph) Hicks of Oran, Missouri; one step-daughter Danna McGhee of Wynne, Arkansas; one brother Charles Tinsley of Charleston, Missouri; three sisters Joan Feezor of Charleston, Missouri; Mary Gresham of Bartlett, Tennessee; Dot Secoy of East Prairie, Missouri; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by two sons Charles Louis Gregory and Michael Wayne Green; one daughter Sheri Ann Gregory.

Friends may call after 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, Missouri.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. David Thompson officiating. Burial will be in New Morley Cemetery, Morley, Missouri.
