Allan Jackson

John “Allan” Jackson, 69 of Benton, Missouri passed away at his home Wednesday, August 17, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born June 29, 1947 in Kennett, Missouri to John Huel and Marjorie Lynn Jackson. He married Diane Ledure on March 24, 1988 in Jackson, Missouri.

He was a Bail Bondsman for Chuck Telle and was a graduate of SEMO University with a BA in Business Administration. He had served in the U. S. Air Force as a Sergeant.

He is survived by his wife, Diane; his parents, Huel and Margie of Kennett; a son, John “Scott” (Kelly) Jackson of Flowery Branch, Georgia; a daughter, Kerri (Michael) Molter of Cumming, Georgia; three brothers, Larry Jackson of Lilbourn, Missouri, Darrell Jackson of Rogersville, Missouri and Randy Jackson of Kennett and five grandchildren, Alex, Tommy, Justin, Audrey and Presley.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of service on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Benton.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the chapel with Elmer Coffey and Chuck Telle officiating.

Burial will be in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery in Kelso with full military honors.
