Margot Westrich

Margot Crystal Westrich, age 81, of Oran passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born on April 10, 1935 in Frankfurt Germany to the late Oma Zimmerman.

Margot retired from the cutting department with Floreshim Shoe Factory after 32 years. She spent 18 years with the Chaffee factory and 14 years with the Cape Girardeau factory. She was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran.

Survivors include a son, James Westrich of Oran; a daughter, Petra Westrich of Kansas City, MO; a sister, Barbara Kuhn of Frankfurt, Germany; a niece Claudia Kahn of Frankfurt, Germany; three grandchildren, Victoria, Zeth, and Autumn Westrich.

Friends may call after 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Thursday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran with Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Burial will be at Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery.
